Boost brain chemistry…

I’ve gone to the bathroom to get away from a bad meeting vibe (pre-Covid days of course). I sat in a stall, took a few deep breaths, told myself to unplug from the situation, told myself to focus on what I could control and company policy is clearly not one of those things. I took a few moments, went back into the meeting room, put on my engaged face and body posture, but privately, thought about something else, Lol. Just sayin’ ;) Hugs. XO
