My favourite therapist says there are a few things we can do to support our health and well-being; check in with ourselves regularly, determine what we’re feeling and take action when needed (such as saying no and/or drawing protective boundaries), and most importantly, accept ourselves for who we are. Just sayin’ :) Hugs. XO
