We can become very set in our ways, can’t we. I definitely have a touch of the OCD, which becomes apparent when cooking or cleaning with my sweetheart. I don’t know whether it’s genetic, a means of controlling our environment, conditioning/auto-pilot from our upbringing or all of the above? I do know that it’s a revelation to learn new and easier ways of doing things. Just sayin’ :) Hugs.
