No is ok...

Learn to say “no” without explaining yourself.

My favourite therapist says we need to take care of ourselves and our word. He says we should refrain from doing things out of duty and obligation, unless we’ve made the thoughtful and generous decision to put someone else first on this particular occasion. Just sayin’ :) Hugs.
