Giving feedback is a sensitive matter, even when it’s constructive? They say we’re supposed to be mindful of what we say and how we say it. For example, we can make a request for a different behaviour rather than complaining about something we don’t like. It’s interesting how we can critique others without a second thought, and then be devastated when we hear somthing unflattering about ourselves. Just sayin’ :) Hugs.
