I finally arrived at the same conclusion, thankfully. I was accommodating in my younger years, allowing for people to be imperfect because we all have our limitations. But in the end, I came to realize that certain behaviours are deal breakers for me (treating others with disrespect, negativity and judgment as a rule, throwing the cold shoulder rather than having an adult conversation, rudeness and lash outs).
