Here here. I must admit, I do NOT like being managed. Give me the target/goal and I’ll eat, sleep, dream it until I succeed. I’ll also welcome the opportunity to brainstorm with a superior or ask for help if I need it. Someone overseeing my every move tends to stress me out and sometimes dampens my spirit and possibly my performance. It feels good to express that out loud actually. Just sayin’ ;) Hugs. XO
