I don’t know about you, but it just makes me feel better to focus on hope, faith and the possibility of miracles. I read a great article in Psychology Today about how we tend to go one way or the other. Either we remain positive because the optimism makes us feel better, or we lower our expectations so we don’t face big disappointment. Apparently both are legitimate coping strategies.
