I don't know if we give ourselves enough time in life; to learn something new, to become proficient at a skill, to truly get to know someone, to get ahead financially, to feel we're successful? We have timelines on everything; when we should own our first home, what age is acceptable to deliver on society's notion of success (which is generally monetary), when to have a family. We put such pressure on ourselves. Maybe there's time... for small pleasures, like luxuriating in heavenly desserts, going for long romantic walks, laughing until the wee hours, sleeping in, being spontaneous, doing nothing. Just sayin' :) Hugs.
