Well, geez, I check all of those boxes. This is a very validating list indeed. And my therapist confirms that I did indeed have toxic parents. I really wouldn’t be where I am without my individual and group therapy, and relationship seminars. With help, I’ve managed to find the love of my life, for 10 years+ now, I’m making more money than I’ve ever made, and I have quite the nest egg of cash and assets stored away, all of which provide more security than I could ever have hoped for.
