“Author Your Life”...

If you’ve ever thought about starting a journal, there’s no time like the present. The Wall Street Journal tells us even just 10 minutes a day can be game-changing and beneficial to our physical and mental health. If you’re struggling with what to put down on paper, one expert says to be the “hero” of your own story. Writing about the life you want to have can help you manifest that life.
