Emotional hijacking...

Sometimes we just can't help how we feel. Something hits us the wrong way and we can't shake it. A seemingly invisible bomb, maybe from the past, grabs ahold of us and twists our guts. We want to yell, cry, scream, break something. Even the best therapist or self-help guru in the world brings no reprieve.... nothing to be done, but wear ourselves out. Start over tomorrow. Mental health experts say this is healthy, interestingly enough ;) Just sayin' ...
