Dealing with disappointment...

Reactions are understandable when we face disappointment. Of course we need to accept and feel what we're feeling... but then maybe it's time to re-group and adjust. We can find a different and productive alternative. Or we can choose to put ourselves in someone else's shoes and offer compassion and empathy? If we truly love someone, we want to be supportive and unconditional, right? (I'm not talking about the deal breakers of course). Just sayin'
