Ha ha ha. Seriously though, we can be fair, but we do need to protect ourselves as well. We can't sit waiting to receive what feel we deserve. I've learned this the hard way unfortunately. I'm still learning to be clear about my worth and the value of what I bring, be it business or personal. Just sayin' :) Hugs.
