- Lean into self-forgiveness
- Laugh
- Walk in nature
- Accept your humanness

I’m in Hawaii right now and the stress has melted away, duh. You’re in the moment, in the warm sunshine, with a gentle breeze, sandy beaches, soothing waves, and little turtles swimming right near the shore.
