I thought this was a good reminder about being in the moment. We spend so much time on our phones these days, and being generally busy (I thought technology was supposed to save us time, Lol). There are so many worries as well; the war, the environment/extreme weather events, escalating cost of living. I feel like we need a life line. Part of the reason I write this blog, actually, is to remain optimistic and hopeful about humanity and life (Also, I love learning and really enjoy seeking out enlightening ideas).
