No guilt...

You have to learn to say no without feeling guilty. Setting boundaries is healthy. You need to learn to respect and take care of yourself.

My favourite therapist says that when we do things out of duty and obligation, we're not being true to ourselves and others, and in the end we won't be able to keep it up forever. Letting people down doesn't feel great, but it sure gets tiring doing things we really don't wanna do. Just sayin' :)
