Anger. Good or bad?

Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.

My favourite therapists says we need anger because it lets us know how we're doing and when our boundaries are being crossed. Anger gives us critical information, he says. On the other hand, if we hold onto anger, that's a different story. Just sayin' :) Hugs.
