Sounds simple enough and such a worthy pursuit. Our inner worlds can be pretty complex though. How much baggage are we carrying around and how many triggers are we contending with? Then put two or more people together and watch the drama unfold. Things can be bigger than us at times, even if we're willing to seek assistance. Just sayin' :) Hugs.
