There may not be time...

The trouble is, you think you have time.

- Buddha

As I approach the 18th anniversary of my father's death, I am reminded that there will be no do-overs, no opportunity for clearing, no resolution and no deeper understanding. We didn't expect my Dad to die at 59 and I spent much of my life being afraid of him. I was also deeply disappointed in his limitations, which left me feeling judged and misunderstood. I am still surprised by how I felt and how I still feel after his passing. It might have taken a couple of years, but in the end, I would give anything to sit down with my Dad and get to the other side of our challenges. Just sayin' :) Hugs.

Blessings,

Chatgirl
