My favourite therapist says we need to honour ourselves more. He says we need to do things because we want and need to for our health and well-being, despite what others may think. It’s a bit of a paradigm shift to move from feeling selfish to focusing on self-preservation and deeper personal fulfilment. Just sayin’ :) Hugs. XO
